WOULD YOU LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT

KLINEREES?

where did the name idea come from?

Klinerees means cleanliness in the Norwegian language.

Mission

Cleanse yourself of the dust of the modern world, reconnect with yourself and live in harmony with the abundance that nature and life offer us on a daily basis and with open arms.

Logo

The runes in it relate to our mission and show: mortality and farewell to the old, chaos and deception that we may find ourselves victims of in the desire to create our new reality and being, trust in our soul's path, strengthened by a double trust in the capabilities of our mind and body that leads us to the ultimate self-fulfilling success. In Norse mythology, the triquetra from the center of the logo symbolizes eternal spiritual life without beginning and end. At the same time, it depicts the universal trinity in the world: the link between the past, present and future; the concepts of earth, water and sky; and last but not least between body, mind and soul. The sweet additions in it indicate our goal.

Goal

Pursuing the re-establishment of this bond in a loving, accepting way and in close connection with nature.

We kindly invite you to join us on this journey.

THE STORY
our masseur

Nowadays, the dominant trend in society is an active, healthy lifestyle. In the past, I have also experienced firsthand the pitfalls of this choice. My life has always been connected to sports, from basketball and running, to boxing and jumping. I’ve also never shied away from hard work in the business or in the garden.

I am a perfectionist by nature, so I always aim for 100% in my activities. In my desire for results, I often pushed myself beyond all healthy limits and over time managed to get some unwanted injuries. But these were just symptoms.

Injuries based on a pattern of lack of respect for my own body led me to later choose gentler forms of maintaining physical fitness, which teach me the importance of paying attention and love to my body as well. Today, I prefer walks in unspoiled nature, various forms of yoga and QiGong.

According to my horoscope, I belong to the sign of the hedonistic bull, so I liked to treat myself to a massage during my breaks, which relaxed my tense and stress-poisoned body.

One day, however, the Higeja school for masseurs and therapists caught my attention. I decided to try the saying: “Offer others what you want life to offer you.”

But a surprise awaited me there, which turned my life upside down.

I realized that sometimes it is even more pleasant to massage than to be massaged. While working in the office, I became more and more congested, had poor blood circulation in my body and noticed more and more health challenges. During the massage, however, I was surprised by the feeling that my body was waking up from its winter sleep and was revived with new, clean energy. The knees were no longer stiff, the shoulder knots disappeared, and the blood returned to the fingertips as well.

The sign was clear – in my late 30s I had finally discovered my calling.

By serving you, I also benefit myself. That is why I invite you to this dance of energy exchange. I invite you to give your body the relaxation it deserves and needs to continue your joint journey through life. All too often we get caught up in a pattern of being useful, over-concerning others and neglecting ourselves. But from an empty bowl, you can’t give anyone to drink. Also, if you give him the last sediments to drink, you are doing him more harm than good. We are exposed to many harmful substances and activities every day, and our steps become heavy under all the burdens we carry.

I’m here so that we can become aware of the patterns we get involved in and cleanse ourselves of them. I am here to help make our steps youthfully bouncy again and colored with the power of offering love and understanding to everyone we meet along the way.
